Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At RIJB™ / Rijbshop, every product is hand-printed or produced in limited batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain quality control, we follow a clear and structured return and refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.



General Policy Overview

We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or personal taste.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at support@rijbshop.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear unboxing video

    • Clear photos showing the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once your claim is reviewed and verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on availability

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method



Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

This video is mandatory for:

  • Damage claims

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product claims

Claims raised without an unboxing video will be rejected, as the condition of the product at delivery cannot be verified.



Size & Fit Disclaimer

We do not accept returns or refunds for size-related issues.

Customers are required to:

  • Refer carefully to the size chart provided on the product page

  • Review fit details before placing an order

Size preference or fit dissatisfaction is not considered a defect.



Hand-Printed Product Disclaimer

All RIJB™ apparel is hand-printed or produced in small batches.

Minor variations in:

  • print texture

  • ink density

  • alignment

  • color tone

are natural characteristics of the process and are not considered defects.



Return Pickup & Inspection

If a return is approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged from the same delivery address

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All returned items undergo quality inspection

RIJB™ reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet policy conditions.



Non-Eligible Scenarios

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Products purchased during sales or clearance events

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

  • Requests raised after the 48-hour reporting window
