Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RIJB™ / Rijbshop, every product is hand-printed or produced in small batches with care and attention to detail. Our shipping timelines reflect the time required to create and prepare quality apparel—not mass-produced inventory.



Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, please allow 3–6 working days for order processing.

Processing includes:

  • hand printing or batch preparation

  • quality inspection

  • secure packaging before dispatch

During special drops, promotional periods, or high-order volumes, processing time may extend slightly. Any such delays will be communicated via email.



Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India only.

After dispatch:

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–8 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to regional coverage, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment in real time.



Shipping Partner (Shiprocket)

All orders are shipped using Shiprocket, which aggregates trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • Xpressbees

  • India Post (where applicable)

Courier selection is automatically optimized by Shiprocket based on serviceability, delivery speed, and reliability for your location.



Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any free-shipping offers or promotions will be visible during checkout

  • Cash on Delivery (COD is not available) — all orders must be prepaid



Packaging

Each order is carefully packed using durable packaging to ensure:

  • protection during transit

  • clean and secure presentation

  • minimal risk of damage

We aim to balance product safety with sustainable packaging practices wherever possible.



Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of checkout.

RIJB™ is not responsible for:

  • delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If an order is returned to us due to address issues or multiple failed delivery attempts:

  • reshipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • refunds, if applicable, may exclude original shipping charges



Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address

  • refusal to accept delivery

  • repeated failed delivery attempts

Any refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected, and may exclude shipping or handling charges.



Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or packed.

To request cancellation:

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please refer to our Return / Refund Policy for post-delivery concerns.



Delays Beyond Our Control

RIJB™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier partner disruptions

  • weather conditions or natural events

  • strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory restrictions

However, we will assist by coordinating with Shiprocket and keeping you informed wherever possible.



Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on availability

  • Ownership and delivery responsibility transfer to the customer upon successful delivery
